I foolishly took a free 14 day trial for dropbox pro.
Having taken the free trial im still only getting access to my original dropbox basic account. I received an email stating my 14 days trial has started. As i cant get to use it i obviosly want to can...
- 8 years agoPlease note that youâll need to follow the instructions to fully downgrade from the trial.If this doesnât work, check the current plan youâre on, and if it doesnât state youâre on Dropbox Professional, then most likely you have another account that you setup the trial on, which could be why the downgrade steps didnât work before.In each of these places, we want to find the email address used to connect to Dropbox. Please also look carefully for typos in your email address in any of these places.1. On your computer, click on the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar or system tray. Click on the gear in the panel. Click on Preferences, then click on Account.2. On iOS, open your Dropbox app and tap on "Account". On Android, open your Dropbox app, tap on the Menu button, and then tap on "Settings".3. On the Dropbox website, click on your avatar or the face in the top right corner.Let me know how it goes!

Hi I canceled my subscription plan on the 14th day of my free trial but it still took out $200 from account. Why is that
