I got a refund, but it is still pending, when do I get the refund?
I have an active ticket where a representative called Natasha confirmed a refund will be made 5 weeks ago. The refund status is still pending and there are only auto-responses on email and chat. How ...

I've located your ticket on the system under your email address. It appears to be completed on our end back on August 23rd.
