I got my payment receipt, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded yet.
I upgraded to dropbox plus & have my receipt number etc. but my storage has not upgraded to 2TB

Thanks for the details youâve provided, Glenn! If you go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/general now, do you see the same email address as the one you got the confirmation email to?
If not, it means youâre signed in to the wrong Dropbox account at the moment; so, youâll need to log out of it and sign back in with the email address and password of your upgraded account.

Which platform did you use for the upgrade? Was it www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play instead?
Besides the receipt you got, did you also get a confirmation email by Dropbox? If you did, Iâd like you to compare the email address you received it to with the one you see on this page. Are they the same?
Iâd just like to make sure you upgraded the same Dropbox account as the one youâre logged in.

I did receive an acknowledgement (have tried to copy but the server won't acknowledge it - info is Email account: [...]
