I got my payment receipt, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded yet.

I upgraded to dropbox plus & have my receipt number etc. but my storage has not upgraded to 2TB

    Thanks for the details you’ve provided, Glenn! If you go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/general now, do you see the same email address as the one you got the confirmation email to?

    If not, it means you’re signed in to the wrong Dropbox account at the moment; so, you’ll need to log out of it and sign back in with the email address and password of your upgraded account.
