I have cancelled my plan and I want to remove my billing info from the account

Hi Dropbox Team,

I need to remove my debit card from my account.
I have cancelled my plan, and I want to remove my bank card from the account! Kindly remove my billing information from my account.

    Hi there, HDAli, thanks for joining our Community.

    Has your account already been downgraded to the Basic free plan or are you waiting for the downgrade on your next renewal date?

    If you're still waiting for the downgrade, note that that's when your billing info should be removed from the account.

    If it's already been downgraded and you can still see your billing info, can you login from a different browser and check if you see the same thing?

    Let me know and we'll go from there.

    Hi Hannah, Thanks for the super prompt response.

    I have tried changing the browser and also tried to do same using inPrivate and incognito mode but of no use, kindly see this issue and remove it from your backend system as its not supposed to be saved rather there should be an option to remove such critical and sensitive information.
