I bought new Samsung s7 edge in June 2016. I got one mail regarding for claiming 48gb free space, but I have not noticed it at that time. So, can i claim the same offer now? how?
No, you cannot. The promotion ended one year ago.

Hi Kaz,
Thank you so much for the reply. I tried uninstalling Dropbox and it asked if i would like to convert to the factory version (?) and when i tried to uninstall this 'factory' version, uninstallation is unsuccessful. I assume this means it's pre-installed? I checked my account again but still did not get the 48GB unfortunately :(

Hi,
After I registered dropbox from my laptop, I found out there is Samsung promotion.
Although I logged in using my Samsung cell phone, I thought I should "register" new account from dropbox app from my cell, so I deleted existing dropbox and re-generated dropbox account using same e-mail addresses as before. After doing that... I found the e-mail link that Dropbox sent to me regarding Samsung promotion claim, and even I click the link, it does not provide me additional spaces - I did finish 5 stages.
The following is screenshot of my outlook, which is not working properly unfortunately.
So would you please help?

I'm having issues getting the step "Put files in your dropbox folder" to how as complete. I have completed four other steps, uploaded files to both my dropbox and a shared folder I own, and accessed the files from another device on my account but it seems that the files I have uploaded do not suffice to complete the step. Any reasons for this? It seems to be the same problem the commentor above me had but I have not yet found a solution. Thanks.

I haven't received my 48gb of space as It will not registered that I have completed the 5th step (putting files on my Dropbox). I have tried several times but no matter how many times I put files onto my account it is not registering that it has been done.

Hey guys, can you check this page to confirm the steps you have completed:

I have completed (and marked as such): Take the Dropbox tour, Install Dropbox on your computer, Share a folder with friends or colleagues, Install Dropbox on your mobile device. I have things in my folder but that step is not showing as complete.
