I keep getting charged - how can I cancel the payments?
Hi, I'm desperately trying to close-delete- unsubscribe from Dropbox-its getting me from one webpage to another....Useless! Need an email address to contact Dropbox with details- can't find any! Dro...

Is it possible that you're not signed in to the account that's upgraded? What plan do you see on this page?
If you're signed in to a different account, you can use our payment lookup tool to find out the email address associated with the payments, so you can sign in and cancel the subscription.
