I keep getting messages to update my billing info even though I've already done so

I keep getting messages to update my billing information or face a downgrade in my service. I've updated more than once, but the messages keep coming:

"Last chance before you're downgraded!
We tried multiple attempts to renew your Dropbox plan, but couldn't process your payment. Your account will downgrade on May 21, 2025 if you do not update your billing info."

Something's amiss.

Are you receiving this via email? If so, are you receiving the emails at the same email address that you use to sign in to Dropbox?

Hey JonTWhite, thanks for letting us know about this.

If these messages are emails, can you also check whether or not they are coming from an official Dropbox address?

A screenshot of the message would also be helpful, if you could send one.

Just make sure you hide any sensitive/personal info.

    Thanks.
