Support doesn't work on the weekends so you'll need to wait until Monday, at the earliest, for a response. Nancy would have created a ticket for you, but it's the Support team that needs to handle it.

If you want any follow ups you need to reply to the emails from Support.
Remember replies can take a few working days to be responded to.
