Super User IIThis is my second time requesting this feature. The first time you just closed my request without providing an answer or solution. This is terrible customer service IMO.
As explained in your other post, your request was closed because it was similar to a another idea that was previously closed as well, after receiving just 93 votes over 10 years. Walter stated that your request was passed on internally to the Billing team. All you can do now hope that they implement it someday. Reposting the idea multiple times after it's been responded to and closed isn't going to get you anywhere.
Right now if you want your receipts emailed to you, the only option is to be on an annual subscription.
If you have a yearly subscription, youâll receive a receipt by email after each payment.
