Hello Nancy. I only have a 10 digit transaction ID in my bank payment. It did not work to enter it in the link you provided. I did not upgrade Dropbox via Google play or iTunes. I did it directly via the homepage. Any more advice? It's frustrating because I can't add new files to my Dropbox and I get messages that my files might get deleted... Yet I have paid for the upgrade...
