I paid for a Dropbox Plus plan, but my upgrade doesn't reflect on my account.

I paid and I can see the payment in the payment history. But I dont have the 2 TB

    Hi Hsss, let's jump right into this!

    How exactly did you upgrade your Dropbox account? Did you do it via the Dropbox website, or via iTunes/Google Play? 

    Is it possible that you accidentally upgraded another Dropbox account that’s linked to a different email address? Also, are you able to see any payments on your account from this page?

    This will help me to assist further!

    Hi Megan, I did it through the website. I can see the payment on the same account, and when it ask me to upgrade I hit ok, it direct me to another page saying I already have plus. But I when click on my name it says basic with low storage. Thanks

    Megan, I got the storage issue resolved, but when I try to contact support, it still says that I have a basic plan and not allowed to get the support for the plus plan. Please advise

    Hi Hannah,

    Yes I still have that issue. The system doesn't recognize my subscription and doesn't allow me to contact support
