I paid for the Dropbox Plus plan, but I'm still on the Basic plan
I paid for a year in september, but still have the basic plan. I cannot get support, becausa I am on the basic plan even though I paid for it.
Please help.

Can you please clarify how exactly you upgraded your account in the first place? Was it through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
Do you have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours?
