I paid for the Dropbox Plus plan, but I'm still on the Basic plan
I paid for a year in september, but still have the basic plan. I cannot get support, becausa I am on the basic plan even though I paid for it.
Please help.

I upgraded it on my computer, in the account. I have two accounts, with 2 email adresses, but none of them are upgraded.
