I paid for the Dropbox Plus plan, but I'm still on the Basic plan
I paid for a year in september, but still have the basic plan. I cannot get support, becausa I am on the basic plan even though I paid for it.

12 months agoDropbox email to the address you use on the forums so that they know its the same person.
If its a different email to the one you are using now have you tried logging in and out to the other account ?
