I requested for refund got downgrade but no refund.
I made a request of Refund after I tried their premium service which keep making mistakes of storing my files not completely can't even fill 120 gb worth of Data out of 1 TB always missing out or crashing page so I asked for refund I got downgrade so I can't chat support anymore but my money never arrived to my bank its 3 days now this is insane I demand my money back to me asap.

Keep in mind that in general it takes 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be processed by payment vendors.
Have you tried accessing the receipt directly from this page?
I'd also suggest that you contact your bank for further info about this.
