I seem to be having problems stopping a cancellation of a Family plan
We inadvertently cancelled our existing family plan a few weeks ago. But we now seem to be having problems stopping that cancellation which is due to happen in a few days. When we go to the account...

Could you clarify how you are able to stop the cancellation of the Family plan, since this isn't an option available by Dropbox?

We also have tried re-subscribing but it will not accept payment after we submit our card details !!
