I upgraded but instead of 3TB, it seems that I have 4.5GB. Why?
I have upgraded my account, but the new quota still hasn't applied.
When I open my account & subscription page it states I should have 3 TB, but my "personal account" (I only have one) still lists my quota as 4.5GB.
As of now I cannot even access the elusive professional account with the higher quota.
