I upgraded from a trial to Plus via the site, but I'm getting a payment error

Dropbox Plan
Plus
Payment Method
iDeal
How did you upgrade?
Directly through the Dropbox website

Question or Issue
I upgraded from Free Trial to the Plus plan, via the webbrowser (firefox) on Macbook, and everything went fine until after payment via iDeal, returning to the Dropbox site it showed an error simply stating "Something went wrong". And now I'm still in the free trial plan within Dropbox with a 2 GB limit, no upgrade to 2TB whatsoever. That's an expensive error.

Is anyone going to help me solve this? Otherwise I would like to know how to get my money back.

The upgrade should have gone through, but like I said: it gave an error after I paid via iDeal. And the only thing that succeeded was the payment.

So the upgrade went through and you were charged for a Dropbox Plus subscription RubRom?

I'm not gonna pay another 120 bucks to "try" and see if it works, YOU guys should fix this.

Hi RubRom, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try switching browsers to see if the same behavior occurs again when attempting to upgrade your plan?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Keep me updated with any progress!
