4 years agoHey rmc40, sorry to jump in here!
If you got an error, it's possible that the trial never went through.
Or do you see that you're on a trial somewhere in your account?
Also, where did you start the trial from? The Dropbox site or the mobile app?

Hello,
The more help the better because Iâm so frustrated. Under my subscriptions it shows that Iâve signed up for the subscription and Iâm under the trial period. I signed up directly from the Dropbox app. After I did it which was 4 or 5 days ago it said there was an error but it still shows I have the subscription(trial) but my Dropbox still shows full and unable to add anything. I was worried because I usually only use Dropbox for certain work projects and right now I really need it but if I cancel the subscription it basically says Iâll still have it for the full 30 days¬hing will change. I have no clue what to do??? Any help as much help is much appreciated!!!! Thank you!!!

Thanks for the update here!
Did you use an Android or iOS device to start the trial?
If it's an iOS device, can you open the Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchase', to see if that helps? - rmc404 years agoExplorer | Level 3So I used iOS and just followed those steps and a box pops up and says unable to restore purchases-the operation couldnât be completed-(NSURELErrorDomain error409)
- rmc404 years agoExplorer | Level 3Now Iâm even more aggravated. It still doesnât work and it just charged my account when it said I had a trial for 30 days. Ummmm, Iâm not paying for anything that didnât work so how do I get this waived. Iâm assuming contact Apple and say this one never went through and two now it charged me a monthly fee 1 week in to subscribing. What a joke

Hi rmc40!
Due to the way that App Store purchases are handled, I have to redirect you back to Apple in order to pursue a refund.
Please follow the steps below to contact Apple regarding a refund: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204084
If you have any other questions, let me know. - rmc404 years agoExplorer | Level 3Thanks!
