I upgraded my account but it still shows as Basic
I upgrade to dropbox plus and paid for a year, but nothing changed in dropbox. It says im still using the free version and i didnt even got an email. Please help

I upgraded Dropbox through App Store in IOS, but the app still says basic. I deleted, reinstalled, restored purchases. It all failed. Even though if I go to manage subscriptions in Apple settings it says I have Dropbox professional, in the app it says I have basic. When I go to upgrade in the app it says im already subscribed.
