I upgraded plan, but my plan remains the same.
I upgraded my plan to Plus, but I still only have 2GB storage space. Does anybody know how long it takes before the storage updates?

Usually instant, but if the payment method was a bank transfer it could take a couple of days for funds to clear.
What was your payment method?

Hey YourPrintableParty, let's jump right into this!
Is it possible that you're paying for a different Dropbox account than the one you mainly use?
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Would it be OK with you if we sent you an email to have a further look internally?
Let us know and we'll use the email address that's linked to your profile here, on our Community.

Yes, I have the receipt for the upgrade on this account! Yes, please, send me an email.

Even though I paid for the plus subscription with my credit card, my account still appears as basic.
