How to upgrade to the Dropbox Basic Extra plan?
I remember there was a plan for 50 GB.
Is there a way to get this subscription? Thanks.

It isnt possible to opt in, its based upon many factors I'm afraid.
If its an option you'll see it at the upgrades page or here.

Hi SofiaTs,
Welcome to the Dropbox Community.
Unfortunately no, we no longer offer a 50GB plan. our lowest paid subscription is the Plus plan with 2TB of storage.
You can learn more about our personal plans here.

Hi SofiaTs,
My apologies, I was incorrect in my last reply! There IS a Dropbox Basic Extra plan but it is only available to some Dropbox Basic customers in Belgium, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Taiwan.
So if you do not live in any of these countries, it will be unavailable and even so, it's only available to a small amount of users. You can read more here.

Thanks. It is available in the link, but my payment gets rejected.
"The payment has been refused. Contact your bank to enable the card for online use and/or re-enter the correct card details again."
This might be another issue, irrelevant of the offer? - SofiaTs5 months agoHelpful | Level 5
