I upgraded to Dropbox Essentials, but I can't see the plan on my account, why?
I recently paid (the money is already from my account) for an Essentials subscription (19.99€), but I still don't have access to this. Still only 2GB access. Anyone know how this is coming? Can help me further?

Hi Margaux Cauliez, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
This will help me to assist further!

Do you see any payment information on the link I provided previously? Are you certain that you've signed into the correct account on the site?

Hi,
No, I don't see anything there. My boss did it on his bank account, not mine. He didn't get an email about the upgrade, but I did because we did it on my account (but as I said, with his bank account).

If you're not seeing the payment on your account, then it means they upgraded a different account under a different email entirely.
I'd recommend checking to see which account they upgraded by using the card lookup tool.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
