I upgraded to Dropbox Professional, but my account is still Basic, why?
i have Dropbox Professional (2/1/2025 to 2/1/2026) so i need to get 3tb storage instead i only have basic 2gb i need my storage back or refund it .... i have literary no means to talk to a human and bots are of no use

Hi ss10323, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

yea i have the receipt and invoice and i upgraded post a free plan on the site directly and i was directly through my credit card

Could you click 'view all' on the payments page to see if any additional invoices or receipts appear?

Thanks for the info, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, without logging into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
