I want to cancel an inaccessible plan and get a refund for it.

I stated an account for a company I used to work for. The company closed and I no longer have access to the email address or password used to set up the account. I would like to cancel this account and recoup an refund available.

Thanks for posting on our forum today, DerekR!

The first thing I’d like us to check is whether your charges come directly from Dropbox or Google Play/iTunes. You can double check this by opening the Dropbox charges in your bank statement; is there any mention of these third-party apps?

If not, I can log a ticket for you and look into this internally.

Let me know what you find.
