I was charged by Dropbox and need to cancel the payment

Hi

I have not used dropbox since 2018 and have a basic account . On my latest credit card statemnt i have been charged £95.88. Becuse I am on basic i can only use the chatbot that has asked me for my 12 digit transcation number. i type that in and it says there has been no charge.  I then put in credit card details of the card that has been charged and it doesn't recognise them- yes this card was reissued after fraudulent activity last year so it won't be recognised so how has it my new card details and why am i being charged. This is driving me crazy. I can't cancel because there is no cancel tab and it is not on my phone as an app.

    Hi rosegilroy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.

    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
