I was charged even though I cancelled my plan. I need a refund.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Hope you are well. I have been charged £95.98 below and I have cancelled my dropbox account. Please may I have a full refund, I have not used my Dropbox and am very stressed. This is the number of the credit card it has been charged to. Thank you so much and have a lovely day.

I just checked, and it seems that your ticket number was automatically caught by our spam filter.
In order to further troubleshoot, and get to the bottom of this I just sent you a new email. Reply back to me, and we'll take it from there!

Ticket #24832966 Please contact me I am very stressed, I have tried to contact you in many different ways, I have had to cancel my credit card and everything. Is there a live chat I can speak to someone or an email that I can email? Please help me

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
