I was charged for a Dropbox subscription after I cancelled my free trial
I saw a similar post to mine. I registered this new account so I can send this discussion, for urgent attention. I need an urgent action to my Refund request ( I logged ticket # 25147780 ). Basically , my free trial period was due to expire on 31 May 2025 (I received an email reminder on 25May). I noticed in my savings account a "pending" transaction fee of $306.90, so I cancelled my free trial on 27 May 2025 (I saved a screen print saying ""You've successfully cancelled your trial"). After cancelling the free trial, I deleted my account. Yesterday, 28 May 2025, I noticed I was billed $306.90 plus an international transaction fee $9.21 . Please action my refund request asap.
