I'd like a refund for downgrading my account.
I was charged $203.88 on 10/23/24 for the Family Plan, which I do not use. I requested the Basic service downgrade and would like a refund. The Family Plan is extremely expensive and out of my budget. I appreciate any help you can give.

Dropbox only issues refunds where its legally required to do so. However, that said, the only people who can help here are Dropbox support who you need to contact via www.dropbox.com/support.
