I'm being billed but don't have an active account as far as I know
I last used Dropbox maybe 10 years ago. I thought I canceled at the time. I've still been getting charged and haven't been angry because I thought maybe my kids were using it for school. But they ...

You can contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
When asked to enter the email address for the account, make sure you enter an email address that you have access to so you can receive a reply. Further down the page in the Other Details you can explain that you don't know what account the charge is for.
