I'm being billed for a Dropbox plan via PayPal, but I can only access a free account.

Since this is a public forum, wouldn't it make sense to describe what caused the problem and how it can be solved, rather than shuffling Maya5 off to the back room with the support team?

Hey GeekinTX! If there was another troubleshooting step here that I could provide, I would definitely do so before redirecting the user to our support team.
If the subscription was paid via card for example, they could go here instead to identify which Dropbox account the charges are linked to; however, this step won’t work in this case, as the payment was done via PayPal directly and the PayPal ID won’t return any results in the page I linked above.
As a result, they'd need to get in touch with our support team anyways, since this is a public forum and we don't have any account visibility here.
