Unauthorized charge to our PayPal account
Hello Dropbox team,
We've noticed an unknown charge on our PayPal as we've not made any purchase to your subscription.
Can someone please get back to me as your email says you support only paying customers.
What if we aren't paying and the charge is deducted, how will we know the login to our account?
Please can someone email me?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your payment information, then someone else likely has and you should be contacting PayPal to file a fraud claim.

Hello,
There was a fraudulent charge on my paypal account.
I am not a client of a Dropbox.
I have already contacted to Support service two days ago. But I have not yet received an answer.I did not do this transaction

Dropbox support does not work on weekends protrading104 so they wont be able to help until next week.
However, you need to be contacting PayPal as its THEM who need to assist - in securing etc. your account and stopping future fraud.
