I'm being charged for a Plus subscription but my account shows that I'm on Basic
My dropbox account still is BASIC but I have been charged for PLUS for two months. I pay by CC. Please fix or cancel. Thank you.

Usually, when this happens, people seem to have a second Dropbox account that they don't remember having.
Since you're paying by credit card, can you please use this link to look up the payment info, to see the email address linked to the paid account?
Is it the same as the one you're using on your main Dropbox account?
