Incorrect account was upgraded - can the subscription be transferred to the correct account?
Greetings. The accountant purchased more space for the boss but used his own account so the space was allocated to the accountant's account. Does anyone know if and how it can be transferred to the boss's account.

In this case, the best and quickest way to resolve this, would be to contact our support team.
Your accountant will need to go to this page, while logged in to their upgraded account and either chat in or send a support request to our team; they'll know what to do!
Let us know how it goes, or if they come across any issues.
