Is there a cheaper plan than the Plus plan, that offers more space?
my question is:
Is there any plan that is even cheaper than the normal basic plan of 2000 tb? It happens that I want to have more storage space, but the cheapest plan is still quite expensive.
Is there an alternative storage plan, which is cheaper?
Hi wdshieh, if your account is eligible, you could upgrade to the Dropbox Basic Extra plan, which offers all the existing features on Basic, but with 50 GB of quota.

Hi,
This is Achin kansal from India
I am a dropbox plus subscriber with 2 tb defualt plan, I want to suggest that currently I dont need 2tb rather 1 tb or 1.5tb plan would be great for me as of now, can dropbox offer me a customised storage plan and thus reduce the subscription pricing as well.
This would lead to acquiring more new customers with low pricing to get on board...

As a student, 2TB is so much space and is costly. I suggest 100GB plans at least for eligible students with an official email ID with a cost of 15$/ year.

Have another price plan for half the space and half the cost. I can't afford £10 a month for what I use DB for, I'm sure I'm not the only person who has this problem.
I use DB to move files between computers. I don't require 2TB and would use a lot DB more if I had a £5 option for a 500GB - 1TB option. Because the price is too high I tend to use WeTransfer, but I like the DB structure.

I am retired & on fixed income. I have been a longtime user of Dropbox free. The 2gb jump to 2tb is nice, but the $9.95 is not feasible.
I could see $2.95 for 500gb or $5.95 for 1tb.

Good evening! Will there be any plans to offer a plan with 100 or 200 GB of space in the future?
- Truhlalampa3 years agoNew member | Level 2just a feedback ... i like Dropbox, but honestly I would appreciate something like 2 dllars for 100 GB rather than 10USD for 2000, the pricing does not work for me, I dont need so much GBsgoogle drivehas something like 2 USD for 100 GB, that is more suitable ... I would recommend to do something cheaper and smaller,

Dear Dropbox,
Please give some affordable space to users who can able be able to pay. If you are giving 2TB for nearly $120 per year if paid once will not be affordable and most of them will not Upgrade. Instead you can give 50-100GB with $10 per year, then lots of people can Use and Upgrade the Dropbox plan. This is my idea to improve your Business.

Hi! I just wanted to share some concerns and ideas for your software. I am currently using a free account with 2gb storage only. I use this for my online work. The 2gb storage isn't enough for me right now so I need to upgrade to a plan, however, the least I could avail (2TB) is too much of what I need.
If there is any way I could avail a subscription with atleast 300-500gb only and at a lesser price, I would love that.
