Just to confirm, it sounds like you're trying to upgrade your trial but encounter an error each time-does that sound right? If not, feel free to clarify further.
What is the current trial you're on? Also, did you start your trial directly using the Dropbox website, or through Apple/Google?
If you're using our website to upgrade, could you try accessing it through a different browser, and let me know if you experience the same issue?
