Thats very kind of you Rich, but I don't have a sign in issue, I need help contacting support for a billing issue, when the only support option advertised is this forum.
I have found and logged a request using this form, which may help others in future, in case this forum doesn't work for you: https://www.dropbox.com/get_help/billing-issue/other/logged-out-form?utm_source=sup&utm_content=chatbot
