I've been paying £10.99 for months, but I see my Dropbox account is on the Basic plan.
Hello, I’ve been paying 10.99 for over 6 months now, I haven’t really used it since signing up, today I’ve decided to check my files and it’s telling my I’m now on basic plan but I got charged 10.99 ...

Use the credit card charge lookup tool to make sure you're signing in to the same account that you're being charged for.
