Lenovo 100GB offer - new laptop - new account
Hi I purchased a new Lenovo Laptop. I saw a popup offer for 100gb for 12 months free.
The software was pre-installed on my laptop - Lenovo Vantage.
I created a new account with a new email address. I noticed dropbox identified my laptop when i created the account.
I did not receive the 100 gb capacity. I am still limited to 2gb a few days later.
Please help.

Hi,
I got a new Lenovo laptop and I got a prompt to get Dropbox and get 100gb. I downloaded Dropbox and registered but didn't get the 100gb. It's still at the basic 2gb plan.
Please help, I want that 100gb.

Did you download Dropbox on your own, or did you do it through the app that was preinstalled on the computer? You have to use the app that comes preinstalled in order to be eligible for the bonus space.

If you used Dropbox that was already installed and not one you downloaded you also need to have completed the www.dropbox.com/gs promo AND not have had bonus space before
- nashiareeba4 years agoExplorer | Level 3I did not have any storage before. Like I said this is a new account. I did everything correctly, I just want that 100gb. Please help.

I'm having difficulty getting the 100GB of space as well. What else needs to be done other than opening a new account?
