My Dropbox account became Basic after a Business trial, even though I had paid for a personal plan.
I trialled the business plan after much 'pushing' from dropbox. now it has ended and I seem to be downgraded to a basic account when I had already paid for the professional essentials account. Please...

When upgrading to the Dropbox team plan, did you get any refund for the previous personal subscription you had paid for?
