My invoice is missing. How can I retrieve it?
My invoice is missing and I need it to reconcile my corporate credit card. Support is non-existent with the basic passage. I hope someone from Dropbox support can assist me and retrieve it. Thank you...

2 years agoHey Purler33, thanks for posting here!
Is the invoice linked to your own Dropbox account or a third-party one?
Have you tried our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate it by any chance?
Let me know more!

It is linked to my account. I tried the self-help and it says no billing activity, but my card was charged.

Hey Purler33, do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
If you're getting billed from Dropbox directly, then you can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Thanks!
