My refund shows in PayPal but it hasn't come through to my bank account
I was issued a refund from my plan ( as I chose not to go ahead with current subscription) . PayPal shows this refund but it has not come through to my bank account. Refund was made 15 August

Was the refund issued by our team or did you request it through PayPal?
If you contacted our support team, can you give us your ticket number?
Also, have you reached out to PayPal or your bank, to see if the money is withheld for some reason?

- Bronwenc1 year agoExplorer | Level 3Hi Hannah thanks for getting back to me. Refund was issued by your team. It shows in my PayPal account but there is no way to contact PayPal . The only contact I had directed me to here. Bank has no reason for it to be delayed. Other refunds have come through without an issue.

Are the funds in your PayPal account? Can you not just transfer them to your bank account?
