Need to cancel a subscription for an account I can no longer access

I need to cancel my subscription because I have lost access to the email id associated with my account. I cannot log in because the 6 digit code goes straight to that email. Can someone help m...

Oh, I was asked to put an email address for the account in the form so I put in that email address, which I no longer have access to. Therefore, I did not get a ticket number because it went to that email. Should I refill the form under an email that I have, that is not associated with my dropbox account?

10 months agoHey anadvani! This is what I would also suggest; please open an incognito window on your browser and, while you’re not logged in to any Dropbox account, log a new ticket with an email address that you can currently access via this page.
Feel free to send us your ticket number here after that.

Does this number help? I used my email associated with this account but the account I was charged on is on another email as explained in that ticket.
