Need to cancel an old employee's account, but don't know the password to access it.
Hi!
I need to delete the account for an employee that left due to some family issues. Before leaving us she forgot to get her subscription canceled and now we cannot access her account or email to ...

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Where it asks for the account email address, be sure to enter an email address that you have access to so you can receive the replies. You can enter the actual account email in the Other Details section further down the form.
