Need to reduce licenses

What needs to be done to reduce the number of licenses that we are paying for?

Entering a minus symbol and a number doesn’t work to show the 'Remove licenses' option?

If this is the case, would it be okay to message you at the email address associated with your forum profile to assist further?

My account has 5 licenses with only 3 active. I want to reduce the account licenses to 3 but Dropbox says the account has a minimum of 5 and won’t allow the decrease. Please advise
