Not receiving Verification and Forgot Password email
everytime i opened dropbox web, a red box came up and said i need to verify my email. but when i click sent verification email, i got nothing. i've checked my spam. plus, i forgot my password, and the email for recovering password doesn't come through either. but weirdly, i have sent a community comment in dropbox forum a while ago with the same email address and the notification of "ranking up in dropbox community" came through. so, it's definitely not a problem on my email.
I just did! You shouldn't have an issue receiving my email, but let me know if you didn't.

Can you also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try again, to see if that helps?

Yes, but it is not there. I even deactivated my spam filter and it still hasn't arrived.

Have you taken a look at your email's spam/junk folder as well to see if the verification email somehow ended up there?

I'm having the same issue. Unable to change my email address on my account, the email message with the verification never arrives on my new inbox.

I have the issue of not receiving a verification email. It is not going into spam I have been trying for 8 days. it will tel me I am not verified. but no email come brought to verify. How do I get it verified so hat I can use it ?
