2 years agoHi Srbislavino, welcome to our Community!
If you see Basic, that most likely means that the trial has been cancelled, and we won't proceed to charge you.
Have you checked all your email addresses (both your inbox and spam folder), and there’s no upgrade confirmation from Dropbox?
However, how did you start your trial? Was it directly through Dropbox or through the Apple/Google store?
Let me know more!

Hi, thank you for the fast reply.
All addresses have been checked and there is definitely no downgrade confirmation.
I started my trial directly through Dropbox on my PC browser.
There is upgrade confirmation when I upgraded, and I can find it in my mail inbox, but there is no cancelling or downgrade mail after I cancelled it.
Also I would like to remove my billing info from Dropbox. There is no any button on Account> Manage Account> Billing, so I can't remove my card just to be sure that I won't be charged.
