Paid for subscription, then paid again
I have been paying subscription after upgrade in December but somehow not linked to my Dropbox account. I have just upgraded again but need to cancel the other one.
- 3 years agoI think the first directly through the app then today via the email. I think I may have gone through a different email so that is what the problem was. I just realised. I canceled the December one and got confirmation when I upgraded today so I think it’s okay. Thankyou.
