Paid through Apple Pay is not renewing subscription
I’ve always — for over 5 years — paid my Dropbox subscription through the App Store. My payment HAS gone through on the Apple side for this month and I have my confirmation of payment and money withdrawn from my checking account.
However, Dropbox is still telling me to renew and has now downgraded me to basic plan.
Has anyone else had this trouble?
P.s. I double checked, and it is and has been billing for the same Dropbox account that I use, not the wrong account.
